    Great food, priced fairly, with gluten-free options... great coffee, with various choices for condiments... great homey atmosphere with plenty of wood and natural light... they call it Rise and Grind, but I call it "Taste of Home".

    Knowledgable and friendly staff. Serve Cherry Hill coffee (Kelowna). Baristas pull excellent shots. Latte milk just warm enough to bring out chocolate notes in coffee. Oh! And did I mention the baking? All done in house. A carbohydrate addict's dream come true.
